Some of you might know that I am an "instant gratification" type of gal and I ordered one of these precious signs for "little sister's" bedroom and I didn't put it up right and so it had quite an upward slant. So..... super sweet Mary Ludwig re-ordered me one and I put it up the right way and....well, you can see how sweet it is! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaadorable!

Laci, you are an awesome woman of God whose love and generosity spills over onto everyone who comes into contact with you. Your mothering heart and compassionate nature make you one of the most gifted teachers and mentors I have ever had the pleasure of calling my friend. I thought you should know that I'm praying blessings over you every day just so that you might receive one tenth of the blessings I've received from knowing you. God says to be patient; your little girl is coming soon. His plans are perfect, His ways divine, and one day in the near future, you will dance before the Lord with a little princesa in your arms and two very grown up young men at your sides. Praise the Lord for we are wonderfully made! His thoughts of love over us are so numerous; how great is the sum of them! I can't comprehend them; no, not one! Love you much!
Hi Laci! I just had you on my mind as I am listening to a song by Casting Crowns, 'Somewhere in the Middle'.
I don't know why He laid you on my heart with this song but He does and I pray for you durnig those nights when you feel caught in the middle.
Love you sister.
Here are the lyrics:
Somewhere between the hot and the cold
Somewhere between the new and the old
Somewhere between who I am and who I used to be
Somewhere in the middle, You'll find me
Somewhere between the wrong and the right
Somewhere between the darkness and the light
Somewhere between who I was and who You're making me
Somewhere in the middle, You'll find me
Just how close can I get, Lord, to my surrender without losing all control
Fearless warriors in a picket fence, reckless abandon wrapped in common sense
Deep water faith in the shallow end and we are caught in the middle
With eyes wide open to the differences, the God we want and the God who is
But will we trade our dreams for His or are we caught in the middle
Are we caught in the middle
Somewhere between my heart and my hands
Somewhere between my faith and my plans
Somewhere between the safety of the boat and the crashing waves
Somewhere between a whisper and a roar
Somewhere between the altar and the door
Somewhere between contented peace and always wanting more
Somewhere in the middle You'll find me
Just how close can I get, Lord, to my surrender without losing all control
Lord, I feel You in this place and I know You're by my side
Loving me even on these nights when I'm caught in the middle
